PMM Programmer - Quindos Experience Preferred

We believe in manufacturing a customer experience that ensures our customers get a quality product on time at a reasonable cost. We are seeking an experienced PMM Programmer who is an innovative thinker and reliable team member. Skills and aptitude necessary to be successful in the role include:


Determine part inspection requirements from customer’s geometric blueprint features
Utilize Quindos software 
Analyze and troubleshoot machine setups and inspections paths
Administer and/or edit previously created programs
Ensure part inspection programs are consistent with part number and revision level
Qualify and operate PMM equipment as required
Operate computer programming hardware and software systems
Follow Work Instruction and Procedures
Keep a clean and safe area (continually 5s own area)
Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned


Expert level proficiency developing DCC inspection programs
Expert level proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings (blueprints)
Expert level proficiency interpreting Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) standards
Expert level proficiency navigating MS Windows™ and computer networks
Expert level proficiency in applied mathematics—algebra, geometry and trig
Intermediate level knowledge of surface-plate inspection techniques, measuring tools, and gages
Demonstrated comfort level interfacing with staff and management while working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated job diligence, attention to details, and solid problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented, and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions



High school diploma or equivalent
Associate or Bachelor degree in a related technical field is preferred
Previous quality inspection work experience is preferred
Previous fixed-type coordinate measuring machine work experience is preferred



This position does not include supervisory responsibilities
